Ryan and I tried this a few weeks ago and it was really fun! Keep in mind when you visit the restaurant you will be required to purchase $35 worth of food. "Well, if we have to" we said;) We got an appetizer, Ryan got a drink, we each ordered higher-priced entrees, and we also got dessert. Wow. Our total was just about $36, so minus the $25 GC (and plus the $2 to buy the GC), we got waaaay too much food for $13.

The coupon also states that 18% gratuity will be added to the pre-discounted bill amount, although they didn't actually add it in when we visited. Still, a great night for under $20...and lots of left overs:)

There are other restaurants you can order gift certificates to as well, but each has it's own special requirements. This one seemed like the best one to me-- the code is good through May 31st.

If you can brave the crowds this weekend you might want to head to Hy-Vee for their next two-day sale. I know, I know, the last ones haven't been too exciting. But the commercial I saw tonight did say it was the best sale yet! Unbelievable prices! You won't want to miss it! So, I'm hoping they really mean it:) The actual sales are still a mystery, but their website does say it will include Cheerios, Hy-Vee milk, Ruffles potato chips, Rold Gold Pretzels or Munchies and Cottonelle bath tissue. They are also promising to hand out "customer appreciation" coupon booklets. Hmm, very intriguing. Guess we'll have to check out the details tomorrow!

So this saturday I was able to test drive a Kia Sorrento.  It wasn't really a vehicle I was too interested in, although their super bowl ad was great, and I still get a kick out of watching it.

By March 31st you need to test drive a Kia Sorrento and they'll give you a $25 prepaid Visa card. This is a great deal, although if you end up buying one, the savings won't be as good.... It really was a nice SUV, had a lot of features I liked and drove real nice, and you could actually turn the thing sharp unlike most SUV's.
